Run Workouts

Our team has two coached run workouts per week after the coached swims. This is usually in the form of a track workout on Tuesdays and a steady state group run on Thursdays around our beautiful UC Davis campus. The run workouts are a core part of the triathlete training and a great way to socialize with the team.

Schedule

Our running schedule for the 2024-2025 Academic Year is:

Tuesdays: Interval track workout - 5:00 pm @ Toomey Field/Woody Wilson Track

Thursdays: Steady-state run workout - 5:00 pm @ Rec Pool
