Run Workouts
Our team has two coached run workouts per week after the coached swims. This is usually in the form of a track workout on Tuesdays and a steady state group run on Thursdays around our beautiful UC Davis campus. The run workouts are a core part of the triathlete training and a great way to socialize with the team.
Schedule
Our run schedule for the 2025-2026 Academic Year is:
Tuesdays: Steady-state run workout - 5:15 pm @ Rec Pool
Thursdays: Interval track workout - 5:15 pm @ Toomey Field/Woody Wilson Track
